Exchange Policy
At Zayyan Collection, we want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we offer exchanges on eligible items under the following conditions.
Exchange Eligibility

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags attached.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

Exchanges are available for a different size or colour of the same product, subject to availability.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Custom stitched or made-to-order items

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Sale, discounted, or clearance items

Items returned without original tags or packaging
No Returns or Refunds
Please note that Zayyan Collection does not offer refunds or returns. We only offer exchanges.
If you are unsure about sizing before placing an order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Delivery Charges for Exchanges
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges, including:

The cost of returning the item to us

The cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during transit.
How to Request an Exchange

Email us at zayancollection09@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange.

We will review your request and provide return instructions within 1–2 working days.

Send the item back using a tracked shipping service at your own expense.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch your exchange within 3–5 working days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at zayancollection09@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
