Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order only under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• All original tags must remain attached.
• The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
• Returns are accepted only for size or colour-related issues.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Worn or used items
• Washed or altered items
• Items without original tags
• Damaged items caused after delivery
• Sale or clearance items
• Custom-made or personalized products

Exchange & Credit Note Policy

We do not provide cash refunds.

Once a returned item has been received and approved, customers may choose one of the following options:

• Exchange for a different size or colour (subject to availability)
• Store Credit Note

Credit Notes remain valid for 3 months from the date of issue and may be used toward any future purchase on our store.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost during transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
